Injera is a traditional Ethiopian flatbread made using naturally fermented teff flour. It has a soft texture, slightly tangy flavour, and is traditionally served with a variety of Ethiopian dishes.


Is your injera gluten-free?

Yes. Our injera is made using teff flour and is naturally gluten-free.


How is your injera made?

Our injera is prepared using traditional Ethiopian fermentation methods to create its authentic texture and flavour. Every batch is freshly made with care.


How should I store my injera?

We recommend refrigerating your injera after opening in an airtight container or sealed packaging.

For longer storage, it can also be frozen.


Can I freeze injera?

Yes. Injera freezes very well and can be stored in the freezer for up to 2–3 months when properly sealed.


How do I reheat injera?

For best results:

  • lightly sprinkle with water
  • warm gently on low heat
  • or microwave briefly using a damp paper towel

Avoid overheating to maintain softness.


Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We currently offer nationwide delivery across Ireland.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery typically taking an additional 1–3 business days depending on your location.
